About Fairtrade Chocolate Pop-up
In the central hall of Utrecht Central Station, a unique pop-up store has opened: a fully edible chocolate experience. This Fairtrade initiative raises awareness about the unfair trade system behind many chocolate products sold in the Netherlands. Visitors are not only tempted by taste but also confronted with the harsh reality of cocoa production.
We provided the technology for this impactful experience. The pop-up store was equipped with six portrait-oriented TVs and an impressive 3x3 video wall. To ensure the message was delivered effectively, all screens were perfectly synchronized and controlled by multiple media servers. This prevented audio tracks from overlapping, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the story.
