For a Dutch television commercial, we were tasked with modifying a shot of an American Budweiser bottle opening. It was an iconic moment, but there was one issue: in the Netherlands, Budweiser is simply called "Bud," so the logo needed to be adjusted.

We made sure the logo on the bottle was correctly replaced with the Dutch version without losing the visual impact. This allowed us to retain the iconic shot while adapting the brand name to suit the local market, perfectly fitting the Dutch TV campaign.

To achieve this, we recreated the bottle in 3D. This allowed us to give the new logo the exact shape it needed, ensuring it fit perfectly with the original bottle. We then modeled the condensation droplets on the bottle in 3D, so they looked just as realistic as in the original shot.

The biggest technical challenge was tracking the bottle in the original shot. Since the shot was filmed by hand, we had to follow the bottle's movement precisely. Additionally, we had to cut out all the foam that flew past the old logo, one by one, and replace it with the new logo so that everything seamlessly matched the original footage.
